Associate Director Position

MCRF is seeking an Associate Director (AD) to oversee administrative, fiscal, and operational activities. The AD will report to the Executive Director of MCRF, and will be responsible for providing leadership, management and support for the following areas: federal grants and contracts, industry-sponsored research, fiscal affairs, research compliance, human resources, process improvement, facilities management, fundraising, and intellectual property. The AD will work closely with the Center Administrators and Center Directors to ensure a high level of administrative support to accomplish research objectives. The AD will directly supervise several of the Directors of MCRF’s research support and administrative offices that support scientist and clinician investigators and their research programs and studies. Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop design mockups for proof of concept and approval process
• Design engaging digital creative for use across multiple interactive platforms from basic microsites and landing pages to full websites, ads, and social media networks
• Develop web graphics and visual assets such as banners and emails
• Partner with Digital Communications team and designers on the day-to-day creative updates and site changes
• In addition to creating new assets, translate existing creative into a digital environment that ensures a cohesive image for Northwestern among alumni, donors, parents and other key audiences

Video and Podcast Production
