Virginia Commonwealth University's Creative Services department is seeking qualified candidates with demonstrated ability to successfully manage and supervise a team of programmers and developers in team-oriented, fast-paced creative environment. This position will collaborate with departmental management, editors, designers and photography staff in order to establish and implement a vision for the web team and to produce highly complex web-based solutions for internal and external clients. This position will represent the department as well as the Division of University Relations in university-wide IT committees. In addition, this position will provide front-end web development and maintenance for university and medical center websites utilizing ASP.NET (2.0 and 3.5) C#, SQL Server 2005, JavaScript, HTML and CSS coding skills and web standards expertise.
