Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a functional Business Analyst that has project management experience as well. The candidate will be assisting with operational support and implementations for student systems. The BA will be managing several projects at once, and must be very organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven. They will be helping prioritize work, write functional requirements, write test plans, assist with running the test plans, and compile the results of those test plans. Produce weekly status reports to Sr. Management.
There are 3 primary project areas:
Enrollment Management - understand what they do for Financial Aid modeling, and support a Sr. Developer to replace what they currently have.
Curriculum Management Software pilot
Financial Aid - yearly updates; from a functional perspective meeting key dates and create test plans.
A background in Higher Education, specifically in Admissions and Student Systems is highly desired.
This is currently a 40 hr per week long term contract, that may be either extended at the end of May or converted to a permanent opportunity.
