Graduate Admission Coordinator

LIM College - Where Business Meets Fashion is currently seeking candidates for the position of Graduate Admission Coordinator.
General Description:
The Coordinator of Graduate Admissions plans, implements and manages all graduate and continuing education admissions programs designed to enroll students. Implements marketing strategies and coordinates the printing and production of admissions publications, as well as marketing material for our external partners. The Coordinator conducts the daily operations of the admissions office including the coordination of the application process and organization of all admissions programs and events. The Coordinator processes and analyzes inquiries and applications of new students. The Coordinator applies admission criteria and recommends students for admission to the admission committee. The Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of admission data and records.
Requirements: The person selected will have the following qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree required
-Knowledge of processes and procedures in recruiting and admitting graduate and continuing education candidates
-A minimum of 3 years experience working with graduate students or adult learners
-Excellent writing skills
General Preferred Qualifications:
-Master’s Degree preferred
-Experience working with international students and student visas
