Web Communications Coordinator

The University of Idaho has begun a campus-wide initiative focused on renewing its entire Web presence. The Web Coordinator position is your chance to play a key role in creating an exciting and dynamic communications channel.
As a member of the University Web Team, you will work with college and department leadership and faculty to express the unique story of University life, academics, and research via the Web. Most importantly, you are a valuable resource for integrating other communications channels into forms appropriate for the Web, and ensuring quality of content, design and technology.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field plus at least 1 year of related experience OR equivalent combination of related education and/or experience totaling approximately 5 years.
· Basic knowledge of Web visual design, navigation, content creation and usability.
· Ability to set priorities, accomplish objectives in a timely manner, and manage several projects at once.
· Established record of collaboration and good interpersonal and communications skills with diverse internal and external constituents.
· Proven organizational skills.
