Senior Graphic Designer

Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Graphics, or related field.
• Three years experience in a marketing or communications related field.
• High, demonstrated skill level in Adobe Creative Suite, layout and design and print production principles within a variety of communication mediums.
• Strong organizational skills as well as good marketing knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred:
• Web and/or videography knowledge.
JOB DUTIES
Our Senior Graphic Designer serves as the lead team member for visual development of communication initiatives, primarily print, within the marketing communications office at Purdue's College of Technology. The four-member office provides marketing strategy, editorial, design, and electronic communications services that target all internal and external constituents of the college. In collaboration with the office team and clients, the senior graphic designer is responsible for visual concepts and print design production that is in concert with other communication mediums and in keeping with the Purdue and college brand standards. Among the major print publications that fall under the realm of the senior graphic designer are the annual 32-page magazine, annual report, and various recruitment publications.
