Programmer/Analyst (Web Services Technical Lead)

As part of the newly-formed CRM and Web Services team, the Web Services Technical Lead will work closely with decision makers in Outreach to implement online marketing initiatives (and small-scale applications development) to drive enrollments in Outreach programming. As the CRM and Web Services team’s lead in Web technology, you will work with a small team to handle day-to-day administration of the Outreach Web portfolio, and coach other staff to align their work with the strategic marketing priorities of Outreach. This job will be filled as a level 3 or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate’s education and experience. Minimum educational and work-related experience requirements are: Bachelor’s degree plus four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with OpenText/RedDot and Drupal are a plus. The ideal candidate would be skilled with PHP, classic ASP, and be comfortable with administration of both IIS and LAMP servers. The successful candidate needs the ability to plan and meet deadlines, must possess strong interpersonal and mentoring skills in a team environment, have an appreciation for working with diverse audiences and a commitment to life-long learning. Candidates must possess strong programming and database skills and a significant knowledge of content management systems. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
