Web Designer/Developer

This position assists the University in designing, developing and maintaining websites through a Web Content Management System and in the development and implementation of new web technologies and applications.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the Jesuit tradition of higher education, Web design expertise and will be proficient in programming languages to support Web Content Management and other Web initiatives. They also will have familiarity with the needs and requirements of Content Management Systems, the ability to effectively manage multiple projects under deadline in a team environment, strong written and oral communication skills and strong client relations skills.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, web development or web design is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience: Three years of experience in related field, an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Experience with Google Analytics, search engine optimization, and mobile development preferred but not required.
