LIM College – Where Business Meets Fashion is currently seeking candidates for the position of Admissions Counselor

General Description:
The Admissions Counselor assists the admissions team in recruiting new students, executing prospect management and application management, maintaining an organized office and counseling prospective students in order to obtain enrollments. In addition, works with and through the Associate Director of Admissions in any and all areas deemed pertinent. The primary focus in recruiting for this position is located in the Long Island Area.

Requirements: The person selected will have the following qualifications:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s Degree

*High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

*Access to an insured vehicle

*Must be able to travel and requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

General Preferred Qualifications:

*A minimum of 1 year Admissions experience

*Experience in EPS and Recruitment Plus

*Works well independently with solid analytical, creative and problem-solving abilities

*Good interpersonal, organizational, public relations, and project management skills

*Ability to multitask and trouble shoot
