Web Developer
at La Salle University in Philadelphia
The Web Developer will implement and support solutions with respect to La Salle University’s Administrative Systems – including, but not limited to the SunGard HE Banner System and Luminis Portal (MyLaSalle).
Primary emphasis is to support the operations of the Information Technology Department with respect to SunGard Banner and its various integrated systems, including the MyLaSalle Portal, Live@EDU, Tutortrac and the Blackboard Learning Management System. Responsibilities also include small-scale application development, maintenance, enhancement projects and any other responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience in web application development required. Understanding of system integration technologies (including XML, LDAP, CAS), Banner, Luminis, Oracle & Oracle Developer Tools (PL/SQL, Forms), Unix Operating System, SQL and MySQL experience preferred. Adobe FLEX and JQuery experience a plus.
