Ithaca College is seeking a full-time Marketing Analyst to provide statistical reporting and develop ROI reports and analyses to maximize the college's marketing efforts. The Marketing Analyst will be expected to combine data from several sources to create a marketing dashboard that will help drive decision making and determine campaign effectiveness. The position demands an analytical thinker who can apply findings and provide actionable recommendations that will help refine marketing strategies and priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing analytics and reporting associated with the college's websites, advertising campaigns, e-mail marketing, SEO efforts, paid search, mobile, and social media. The Marketing Analyst should also be able to train key personnel to access and interpret data on their own and identify technical issues with analytics programs and manage resolutions. In addition, the successful candidate should have the strategic insight to conduct A/B testing for marketing campaigns, provide information architecture recommendations, perform custom analytics research, and present key findings to internal clients.
