The Office of Information Technology has a position for a Systems Analyst Programmer. This position reports to the Director of Information Systems.
Computer Programming:
--Develop web/portal software using MS .Net (C#) using MS Visual Studio, SQL Server, HTML, IIS.
--Develop software in a HPUX environment using Informix, vi, cron, PERL, Java, C, C++, XML and Apache.
Information Systems Support and Analysis:
--Develop program and support information systems software.
--Support the Jenzabar CX software system.
--Correct data by writing scripts, SQL.
--Write reports using ACE, Cognos Impromptu, MS Access.
--Monitor nightly jobs and system activity.
--Respond to user requests for program/data support.
--Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
Strongly Desired:
--Programming in HPUX, vi, cron and Informix environment.
--Programming with XML, PERL, Java, C, C++, Apache, Cognos Impromptu, ACE reports.
--Experience with Jenzabar CX software (formerly CARS) is highly desired.
--Experience with Ektron website content management system.
--In-depth knowledge of server hardware, software and networking.
--Mac/PC Web publishing tools and design software.
--Windows Mobile OS experience.
--Experience in an educational environment.
--VMWare exposure.
--SAN usage.
