LAKELAND COLLEGE, an independent liberal arts institution located in Sheboygan, WI, seeks qualified candidates for the above position. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities include development and content management of the web site (www.lakeland.edu) and leadership in the development and execution of external internet-based and other interactive communications.
A bachelor’s degree in communications, computer science, marketing or other related fields is required. Also required is two to three years’ direct experience in web site design, development, maintenance and online strategy, in addition to knowledge and experience with web services such as Facebook, Twitter and emerging web communication trends. Preferred is front-end development experience in graphic design, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, project management and supervisory skills required. Immediate placement is available. A competitive salary, commensurate with background and experience, is offered along with a comprehensive benefit program.
