Participates as a member of the innovative team responsible for creating and maintaining the Oba learning platform. Requires a basic foundation of knowledge and skills in systems analysis and related programming support functions generally obtained by a bachelor's degree in computer science, or an equivalent amount of training and applied experience; at least three years of experience with PHP and database driven content/learning management systems; ability to interface to relational database management systems and XML databases from within a programming language; experience with web-based applications using JavaScript, X/HTML, XML, XSLT and CSS.
