Web Project Manager
at Yeshiva University in New York
Web Project manager with expertise in strategic planning, team formation and leadership, and hands-on project management . Serve as an liaison between complex teams of internal and external partners, and working with senior leadership, staff, faculty, students and patrons, alumni and donors so that outcomes are aligned with the resources, capacities, and business goals of the client. 12-18 month engagement.
Experience with reporting and/or tracking tools, databases and/or database software, website usability, layout, search engine optimization, HTML and social networking.
Knowledge of Higher Education and/or nonprofit organizations is helpful.
Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, to collaborate creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
Excellent project planning and scheduling skills, integrating and synchronizing project plans.
Strong time-management skills with an eye toward details and efficiency.
Ability to handle budgeting processes and to view project decisions within the context of the project budget.
Quick decision-making skills with the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company and the client.
Proven success in quality management, risk management, cost management and scope management.
Ability to take direction and also work to recommend improvements to existing processes.
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Microsoft certified a plus.
