Online Lead Generation and Web Communications Manager
Department: Marketing
Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess strong online research skills and web management experience. A natural curiosity about emerging media channels is essential to this position. He/she will also be proficient in basic HTML and CSS editing skills (familiarity with ColdFusion/PHP a plus), Adobe Creative Suite 3, specifically Dreamweaver and Photoshop, MS Office Suite, FTP software, and experience testing sites for cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility. A bachelors degree in a related field and 2 – 4 years of marketing experience are required, a masters degree and experience in higher education are a plus. A strong team orientation, effective interpersonal skills, superior written and verbal communication skills are also required.
The manager of lead generation and web communications assists in maintaining the school’s internal and external online presence, for the purpose of maximizing inquiries from prospective students who are interested in graduate education in psychology or a related field. Reporting to the director of online marketing and web communications, the manager assists in updating the school’s search engine optimization, online advertising, email marketing, and website communications efforts, to maximize exposure among our target audiences and effectively tell The Chicago School story.
