Webster University is seeking a Director of Public Relations for the Global Marketing and Communications Department. The Director of Public Relations leads, develops, executes, and measures effectiveness of the University’s global public relations efforts, including media and community relations programs, in a manner that supports and strengthens the Webster University global brand.
The director will lead a team of direct reports and outside vendors and inspire them to public relations and journalistic excellence that will enhance Webster’s success by applying proactive and reactive public relations and media strategy.
This position reports to the Associate Vice President & Chief Communications Officer and works collaboratively with other directors within the Global Marketing and Communications Unit and with internal colleagues across the Webster University international campus network.
