This position is primarily responsible for development, testing, maintaining and supporting high-performance innovative web-based applications. Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting complex application problems and providing solutions. Provides recommendations for application and system improvements. Primary activities and decision making are predominantly performed independently affecting business operations to a substantial degree.
This position is primarily responsible for creation, development and management of high performance web-based applications. Responsibilities include, analyzing, testing and troubleshooting complex web -based application problems using network communication protocols. Responsible for coordinating website projects with department personnel to meet project goals and timelines.
Write and maintain code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, VBScript, and ASP.Net. Ability to troubleshoot existing data and web-based applications and provide solution based recommendations. Able to understand web application architecture to determine performance and usability of application.
Ability to manage, testing and analysis of web-based applications and websites during development through implementation. Implement and define innovative solutions towards mobile technologies utilizing resources available and recommended.
Coordinate, manage and meet with personnel from networking operations, client support, project managers and team members to clients to meet goals and objectives of assigned projects. Meet with faculty, staff, and management as required.
Ability to provide reports, documentation, project estimates as requested from clients and management. Coordinate meetings with programmers and web design staff to reach project goals. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines. Ability to perform as a team and communicate effectively to all levels of department staff.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field three years experience.
