Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, creating, and implementing web-based applications and sites for the University and individual departments. Bachelor's degree; a minimum of one year of professional PHP programming experience; intermediate to advanced PHP programming, HTML & CSS, and MySQL skills are required. Exceptional debugging and problem solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work both independently and within a team environment; ability to multitask and manage responsibility are essential. Additional demonstrated experience with XML, XSLT, Javascript, Java, and Oracle a plus. This position also is responsible for some maintenance and extension of the campus portal.

This position reports to the Director of Web Services.
