Position Summary: Develops, organizes and helps to manage websites and applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consults with the Webmaster to plan website development
- Implements technical architecture of websites including scripting, database design and user interface design.
- Helps to maintain website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images.
- Provides technical support and participates in employee website training.
- Helps with integration of newer technologies into the website.
- Works with information services and other internal divisions to create internal websites running on proprietary intranet systems.
- Modifies and maintains software programs and web applications written by others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be familiar with coding and design on a .NET platform; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML; C#, SQL Server 2005/2008
