Senior Writer for Marketing, Marquette University

We’re looking for someone who is creative, collaborative and curious and loves to craft ideas with words across all media. Audiences range from high school sophomores to alumni of all ages so we know we have to stay fresh, fun and interesting. The work ranges from ad campaigns to recruiting brochures to profiles to videos to interactive.
You’ll be responsible for writing, leading and counseling various departments and programs about their marketing needs while developing and maintaining relationships across campus. We\'re goal-oriented; suggest a way to improve our process or strategy and you\'ll have an opportunity to lead change. We\'re forward-focused; we keep on top of trends and don\'t get stuck in the same ol\'-same ol\'.
You’ll work with highly motivated team in a wonderfully nurturing environment (voted best place to work by both Milwaukee Magazine and Milwaukee Business Journal) at one of the areas premiere institutions. Be the Difference with us.

A Journalism background is helpful but we need to see other types of marketing or copy writing in your book.
