Rachel Reuben currently holds the position as Director of Web Communication & Strategic Projects in the Office of Public Affairs at the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz, where she has worked since 1998.

She previously held the positions of Web Editor and Web Coordinator at the college. She now oversees the Web Management Office, the Welcome Center, and the Distinguished Speaker Series.

She is chair of the Communication/Notification Emergency Response Team at New Paltz, and is an active member of the college’s Emergency Response Team and the President’s Brand Marketing Taskforce.

Rachel was recently added to the .eduGuru blogging staff.

She holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Ulster County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media/Organizational Communication with a minor in marketing from SUNY New Paltz. She is currently pursuing her MBA in marketing & management at SUNY New Paltz.
