Micah Ovadia is an application analyst/digital designer at the University of Cincinnati and author of the PoducateMe podcasting guide and companion Web site . PoducateMe is a free and comprehensive Internet resource featuring practical solutions for podcasting in education.

 
Prior to joining UC in 2006, Micah was a Marketing Coordinator for Career Services at Miami University (MU) in Oxford, Ohio. While at MU, Micah researched podcasting and spearheaded the launch of the CareerChat podcast project. In 2006, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) awarded CareerChat its Excellence Award in the category of Information Resources for Students.

Micah’s additional professional experience includes previous employment as a multimedia developer for Time Warner Cable and a print and Web designer for The Cincinnati Enquirer/Cincinnati.com.

 
Micah holds a bachelor’s degree in fine art/visual communications from Ohio University and a master’s degree in public relations from Ball State University.
